Are you looking for a breakfast, that is quick and easy to make, tastes delicious and is healthy at the same time? Then here is the first of my 5-minute breakfast recipes.
This breakfast is what I have on most mornings. It´s quick to prepare and keeps me full until lunch. To make it, all I do is mix some oats, chia seeds and granola with natural yoghurt and top it with a banana and any fresh fruit I have available.
This breakfast can be whipped up in no time with your store cupboard ingredients, so why not give this 5-minute breakfast a try tomorrow morning?

- 5g chia seeds
- 110g natural yoghurt
- 1 medium banana (about 100g once peeled)
- cinnamon
- a handful of fresh fruit (grapes, blueberries, raspberries etc.)
Method:
- Weigh the oats, granola and chia seeds in a bowl and mix.
- Top with the natural yoghurt.
- Slice the banana and layer the slices on top of the yoghurt.
- Scatter on your fresh fruit.
- If you like, sprinkle with cinnamon (the amount is up to you, I like to use a lot!).
- To eat, I mix everything together and just dig in! Enjoy!
