This is number 5 in the series of 5-minute breakfasts – my Sugar-free Breakfast Bowl. It was an absolute life-saver when I was on my 2-week no-carb challenge!
Ok, it is not 100% sugar-free, as there are small amounts of sugar in Greek yoghurt and the fresh berries, but it´s as good as sugar-free… Especially, if you compare it with shop-bought granola which is absolutely loaded with unnecessary sugar! By using this delicious homemade Mixed Nut Granola, which has no sugar added to it, this breakfast is a quick, easy and healthy start to your day! You might not believe it, but this mix of almonds, walnuts, pecans, sesame seeds, chia seeds and many more is incredible filling as it is full of fibre which keeps you full for longer!
A healthy, filling breakfast in under 5 minutes!
Just like my other 5-minute breakfast recipes, this sugar-free breakfast bowl can be assembled in no time! You´ll probably be finished before the kettle has finished boiling for your morning tea or coffee!
Once you have made your Mixed Nut Granola, you can store it in a jar for a few weeks. Then, all you need to do to assemble this sugar-free breakfast bowl is to load up on Greek yoghurt and almond milk, before topping it with some fresh summer berries. It´s that easy!
